Hey,  I'm back to analyse on the 4 minister's herb of which heading the list is Shi Chang Pu of the Gan Lu Xiao Du Dan.

• The Ability to wake the Delirium caused by wetness and stabilise emotion
• Shi Chang Pu is an effective remedy for clearing accumulated cold combined wetness causing mucus or phlegm blocking the narrow air passage.
• Using its primary property being pungent and spicy to: 
  • soothe the Qi
  • disperse in the purpose of weakening the virus invasion
  • invigorate blood 
  • remove blood stasis

The specific property of  Shi Chang Pu is:

•  Warm

As a rule of thumb,

Apply (Xin Wen Kai Qiao Lin Shen, Hua Shi He Wei) whenever Shi Chang Pu is used.
