Relief Shock and Resuscitation
As I had mentioned, it revolves around Pediatric convulsion and epilepsy.
Convulsion is the sudden involuntary contractions of muscles, often causing incontrollable shaking of the body.
Epilepsy is a group of non-communicable neurological disorders characterized by a tendency for recurrent, unprovoked seizures. A seizure is a sudden burst of abnormal electrical activity in the brain that can cause a variety of symptoms, ranging from brief lapses of awareness or muscle jerks to prolonged convulsions.
So they are related but with slight differences.
Now, we arrive at the point where:
Situation with a frightened child with uneasy emotion is observed. I can apply this new terminology called;
(An Shen Zhen Jing)
And the formula to apply is:
Zhu Sha An Shen Wan
Comprised of the following five herbs, namely;
Zhu Sha
Huang Lian
Dang Gui
Sheng Di
Zhi Gan Cao
We'll then go onto how to analyse the therapeutic functions of the various decoctions using Zhu Sha as the Monarch herb in the blog 104.
We have to prepare as there are many new herbs to be studied in these coming blogs and I'll stop here and let you have more time to digest them and no jerking.
