Ding Xiang

The reasons why Ding Xiang is selected as the minister's herb which is further break into 3 parts as below:
1) it is a natural remedy for hiccups suppressing Air upsurge in the passage way because of it's capability to disperse coldness in a way enabling better Qi flow in the body in the TCM perspective. In another word, it can maintain a clearer air passage way pertaining to resuscitation in our topic, otherwise would be hampered by this hiccup.

The specific taste of Ding Xiang is pungent.

The Specific Property of Ding Xiang is warm.
Rule of the thumb:
Apply Wen Zhong Jiang Ni Wen Sheng Zhu Yang whenever Ding Xiang is used
